Burak Kocademir's security service safeguards a high-traffic shopping arcade inside a Düsseldorf mall. The focus is on protecting the center itself, where more than 100 checkpoints span countless corridors, rooms, and multiple floors.

NFC tags were placed at strategic checkpoints across the entire site – from entrances and long passages to storage areas and technical rooms. Guards carry out frequent patrols, scan every checkpoint, and log incident reports directly via smartphone.
Each scan is automatically recorded with timestamp, GPS coordinates, and employee ID and transmitted to the cloud in real time.
