What counts as a LiteLog location?
A location is any place where attendance is tracked – for example a building, site section, or premises. Multiple small areas that belong together (e.g., three building sections on the same site) count as one location. Cities that are geographically separate count as different locations.
How do user limits and additional costs work?
Each location includes 200 users. If you exceed that, extra usage bundles are billed automatically: €29/month per 100 users. You don’t need to configure anything – the system counts automatically.
Are devices really unlimited?
Yes. You can use any number of smartphones, tablets, terminals, or scanners at no extra cost.
Are there discounts in the equipment shop?
Yes. Depending on the plan you get permanent discounts of 5%, 10%, or 15% on all orders in the equipment shop. Go to equipment shop There you’ll find suitable devices, NFC tags, and accessories at manufacturer rates.
Can I group several small places into one location?
Yes – as long as they belong together organizationally and can be managed as one site.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. All plans are cancellable month to month and stay fully flexible.

Yes, you can test LiteLog free of charge. Start anytime without commitment and with no setup fees.
How do I get the right hardware?
Through our own hardware shop you receive perfectly matched devices – including advice, short delivery times, and preconfigured systems. This covers scanners, tablets, terminals, and NFC tags.
Are there setup fees?
No. You start without one-time charges or hidden costs.

What happens after the trial?
If you subscribe to LiteLog, you continue using your account seamlessly – no reinstall or data loss. If you choose not to proceed, your trial data is deleted automatically.
