The Story
Bahnwärter Thiel is a creative cultural site in Munich hosting club nights, concerts and open workshops. Security needs to patrol containers, tram cars and open areas regularly – often late at night and during heavy footfall.
With LiteLog all critical checkpoints – from entrance zones to remote wagons – were tagged with QR codes. Security staff scan each point via the app, log incidents with photos and GPS and close routes digitally.
The control room sees in real time which routes are running, where bottlenecks appear and which alerts are still open. For inspections or authority requests, complete patrol reports can be exported immediately.
