Attendance via messenger
Staff who do not want to install an app capture their attendance directly in WhatsApp and Telegram. The AI assistant Hannah handles signing in and out by location, reports by voice note or photo, site questions, and export PDFs – in many languages.

Do not want to install the app? Hannah takes over via WhatsApp & Telegram
Not everyone wants to install an extra app. With Hannah that is no problem: the LiteLog AI assistant runs directly in WhatsApp and Telegram. Staff write or speak in the chat they already use – and handle the same tasks there as in the LiteLog app. No installation, no new account, no training.

What can Hannah do in the chat – with no app at all?
Hannah is a full assistant, not a simple bot. By text, voice note, photo, or location she handles in the chat what would otherwise require the app:
- ✓Time tracking: share your location to sign in to a shift and out again – Hannah assigns the correct site automatically.
- ✓Capture a report: record or photograph an incident, and Hannah files the report at the correct site.
- ✓Site answers: "Which sites do I have?" and "Which checkpoints are at this site?" answered directly.

Voice note, camera, location – in any language
Typing is often impractical on the go. That is why Hannah also understands voice messages, photos, and shared locations – and replies in the language of your staff. In multilingual cleaning, security, and facility teams in particular, that lowers the barrier to zero.
- ✓Voice note is transcribed and becomes a report or time entry
- ✓Photo documents an incident right at the site
- ✓Shared location assigns the entry to the correct site

From the chat to a traceable LiteLog record
What happens in the chat does not stay in the chat. Every time entry, every report, and every export becomes a case in the matching LiteLog module – as audit-proof as an entry in the app. App users and chat users work in the same system, with no data break.
- ✓Time tracking goes into attendance
- ✓A report goes to the correct site
- ✓Reports run through the normal export pipeline

You control which data Hannah receives
Security means control. You decide, per company, which capabilities Hannah may read and run, what a given input triggers, and which knowledge sources feed into the chat. The role and permission management of the individual account stays active on top – Hannah never sees more than allowed.
- ✓Enable capabilities individually (read and actions separated)
- ✓Define what a photo, voice note, or location triggers
- ✓Choose which site documents and data Hannah knows

Answers about WhatsApp, Telegram, and the LiteLog app alternative
Frequently asked questions about attendance via messenger
Does the chat assistant replace the LiteLog app?
For many tasks, yes. In WhatsApp and Telegram, Hannah handles the everyday work of field staff: time tracking (signing in and out), reports by voice note or photo, answers about sites and checkpoints, and requesting export PDFs. Anyone who does not want to install an app can work entirely in their usual chat. The app still offers the full feature set on top – both use the same LiteLog system.
Do staff need an app or an account?
No. Hannah runs in WhatsApp and Telegram, which are already on almost every smartphone. No extra app installation and no separate login are needed. Staff link their chat to their LiteLog account once and can start straight away.
How does time tracking work?
Staff share their location with Hannah – this signs them in to the shift and out again at the end. Through the shared location, Hannah automatically assigns the entry to the correct site (geofence). The working time appears straight in the LiteLog dashboard – as traceable as a scan in the app.
Can Hannah capture reports by voice message or photo?
Yes. Staff record a voice message or send a photo. Hannah transcribes the voice message, assigns the report to the correct site, and files it as a case in LiteLog. Before saving, Hannah confirms the content so that no incorrect report is created.
Which languages does Hannah work in?
Hannah understands and answers text and voice messages in many languages and replies in the language of your staff. This is designed especially for multilingual cleaning, security, and facility teams where not everyone works in German.
Which data does the AI receive – and who decides?
You decide. Per company you set which capabilities Hannah may read and run, what a given input triggers, and which knowledge sources (site documents, notes, data) feed into the chat. On top of that, the roles and permissions of the respective account apply. Hannah never receives more data than explicitly released. Details are on the "Secure AI" page.
Is the AI GDPR-compliant?
Yes. The language model runs via Microsoft Azure OpenAI in the EU, and processing is GDPR-compliant. Access to data is protected by role-based controls and can be steered through the per-company permissions. More on this on the "Secure AI" page.
Is the assistant always called "Hannah"?
No. "Hannah" is just an example name for the LiteLog AI assistant. The name can be set freely. What matters is the function: an assistant that handles the same tasks by chat as the LiteLog app.
Can I request reports on the go?
Yes. You request a report in the chat, Hannah triggers the export through the LiteLog pipeline, and sends the finished PDF as a download link into the chat as soon as it is ready – without a detour via the office or a laptop.
