The Story
Burak Kocademir's security service safeguards a high-traffic shopping arcade inside a Düsseldorf mall. The focus is on protecting the center itself, where more than 100 checkpoints span countless corridors, rooms, and multiple floors.
The company rolled out LiteLog as a digital guard control system. NFC tags were placed at strategic checkpoints across the entire site – from entrances and long passages to storage areas and technical rooms. Guards carry out frequent patrols, scan every checkpoint, and log incident reports directly via smartphone.
Each scan is automatically recorded with timestamp, GPS coordinates, and employee ID and transmitted to the cloud in real time. The site manager can see at any moment which patrols were completed and which reports were submitted. For monthly reporting to the client, the data is exported automatically – including all evidence.
