LiteLog alarms make critical deviations visible right away. Whether it is missed patrols, missing reports, or missed shift check-ins, the system automatically triggers an alert and logs the context in an audit-proof way.

Which alarms are triggered?

• Missed patrols: checkpoints or entire routes are skipped.
• Missing reports: incidents are not filed within the defined timeframe.
• Missed check-ins: staff do not check in at shift start or required intervals.
• Deviations: planned workflows are not met (for example, time window overruns).

Real-time alerting with escalation chains

LiteLog notifies defined recipients immediately via push or email. Escalation chains ensure alerts do not get ignored: if one person does not respond, the next responsible contact is alerted automatically.
