The Story
The hotel operates two sites with a total of 65 rooms. Every day, staff must reliably document fire safety checks, escape route inspections, technical and boiler room checks, pool and wellness checks, and night rounds.
Before LiteLog, documentation was paper-based. Lists got lost, signatures were missing, and during shift changes it was often unclear which checks were actually completed. Management had no central, instantly available overview.

Staff select the relevant checklist (e.g., night round, fire safety check, or wellness area control), tick off checkpoints digitally, and capture issues with photos and comments when needed.
