Is the system suitable for patrol rounds in a hospital environment?

How do care staff document incidents quickly?
Via voice memo directly in the app — speak instead of typing. Enable the AI functions once in the settings and the AI writes the recording down and classifies the incident by category and severity. How are night rounds documented?
Via checkpoints per living area: the night shift scans along its round, every scan carries time and location and cannot be changed afterwards. What happens in an evacuation?

How does LiteLog support quality management and audits by the medical service?
In Germany, the medical service (MD, formerly MDK) reviews care documentation every 12 months in its regular audit — common findings are missing entries, later additions not marked as corrections, and missing signatures.
